Kit Protocols
The protocols, linked in the drop-down menus below, are designed to guide users through the steps required to successfully use each kit. It is important to be familiar with the relevant protocols, before using the sampling kits.
Kits can be used in any country, unless specified. See territory definitions at the bottom of this page.

If surveying within UK and EU, you will be provided with Marine Sediment Kits. Please follow the relevant Marine Sediment Kit protocol, linked above.
If surveying outside the UK and EU, you will be provided with Soil Kits (Outside UK + EU), with a scoop included in place of a soil corer. Please follow the relevant Soil Kit (Outside UK + EU) protocol, linked above, using the scoop in place of the soil corer.
