Dispatch of Kits: Orders placed before midday are eligible for next working day delivery within England and Wales. Two working days within Scotland and Northern Ireland. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following working day with delivery 1 working day after dispatch within England and Wales and 2 working days within Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Provisional Final Report to Client:

  • Superfast turnaround (2-day service) = 2 working days from receipt into the lab.

  • Fast turnaround (5-day service) = 5 working days from receipt into the lab.
  • Standard service (10-day service) = 10 working days from receipt into the lab.
