Dr Natalie Swan Conservation Project Manager for Latin America

Natalie works to introduce DNA-based methods to clients and represents NatureMetrics in Latin America, Europe and beyond, establishing key partnerships and strong networks with public and private-sector and NGO stakeholders. Natalie is actively involved in developing opportunities in these regions, including running workshops for stakeholders and providing training on how DNA-based tools can be integrated into biodiversity monitoring strategies.

Dr Katie Cruickshanks UK Conservation and Rewilding Business Development Manager

Katie is a Business Development Manager overseeing the expansion and development of eDNA based methods within conservation and rewilding projects in the UK. She specialises in project design and delivery for small sites through to landscapes and whole rewilding portfolios. Katie has a passion for designing projects that best secure solid baselines from soil, water and catches of insects to track restoration over time.

Benjamin Barca Head of Conservation

Benji works to introduce DNA-based methods to clients and represents NatureMetrics in West and Central Africa, Europe and beyond, establishing key partnerships and strong networks with public and private sector and NGO stakeholders. Benji is actively involved in developing opportunities in these regions, including running workshops for stakeholders and providing training on how DNA-based tools can be integrated into biodiversity monitoring strategies.

Samantha Howlett Business Development Manager - Conservation

Samantha coordinates projects within the marine conservation sector. She works with NGO’s, academics and various organisations involved with MPA’s, habitat restoration and blue carbon.
